Marcel Wanders is one of the most recognizable contemporary designers, known for its brave, theatrical style and combining classics with modernity. Born in the Netherlands, he gained international fame thanks to the Knotted Chair chair project (1996), and his works are characterized by rich ornaments and a strong emotional charge.
