Frames

Bed frames are a key element of the entire sleep system, which in practice determines how the mattress works and how the body regenerates at night. Their main function is to provide stable, flexible and properly ventilated support that supports the spine and improves sleep ergonomics. Contrary to appearances, the frame is not just a supporting structure - it is an active component that affects the comfort, hygiene and durability of the entire bed.

Modern frames are designed to evenly distribute body weight and work with various types of mattresses - foam, latex or spring. Thanks to flexible slats or steel point structures, the frame responds to pressure and allows the mattress to better adapt to the user's figure. As a result, pressure points are reduced and the spine maintains a more natural alignment throughout the night.

A very important aspect of the frames is ventilation. The open design allows air to flow freely under the mattress, which limits moisture accumulation, improves sleep hygiene and reduces the risk of dust mites. This is especially important in the case of modern foam and latex mattresses, which need adequate air circulation to maintain their properties.

In more advanced models, the frames offer manual or electric adjustment. This allows you to change the sleeping position, e.g. raising the headrest or part of the legs, which improves the comfort of rest, relieves the spine and supports circulation. Such solutions are especially appreciated by people who spend a lot of time in bed, read or need additional ergonomic support.

The frame also influences the durability of the mattress - proper support prevents its deformation and extends the life of the entire sleep system. In practice, a well-chosen frame can significantly improve the perceived comfort even without changing the mattress itself.
