Returns and complaints

  1. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", the buyer may resign from the purchased product without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, provided that the product has not been used or damaged in any way and is in the original packaging. The store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the goods within 7 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer or by postal order to the address indicated in the order.
  2. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the case of ordering a product with properties individually specified by the Customer, such as the color or type of material from which the product is made (Act "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", art. 10, item 3).
  3. If, after receiving the goods, the buyer finds technical defects or damage caused during delivery, he or she should prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier, which will include the date, time of delivery and a description of the damage or shortcomings noticed. Replacing the product with a new one is only possible on the basis of a written protocol. Photo documentation, proof of purchase and complaint report should be sent to reklamacje@Mash Living.pl
  4. A damaged or defective product should be sent back to the company's address. All complaints are considered within 14 business days of their receipt at the latest. The damaged product will be replaced with a full-value one, and if this is not possible, the store will refund Emu the equivalent of the product price or offer another product available in the store.
  5. Mash Living reserves the right to choose the method of handling the complaint. Differences in the shade of fabric, leather, eco-leather, wood or laminated board that result from differently set parameters of the monitor or graphics card do not constitute grounds for filing a complaint. The photos presented on the Store's website are for illustration purposes only, fabrics and colors may differ slightly from those available. The actual color of natural wood may differ from the product photo.

Guarantee

  1. Mash Living provides a 24-month warranty on all its products.
  2. The condition of the warranty is the use of the products in conditions and in a manner appropriate to their intended use, when they have not been subjected to the action or influence of harmful factors resulting from the non-standard manner and environment of their use. The warranty covers free repair of the product during the warranty period. The method of removing the defect is determined by the person accepting the order.
  3. The buyer has the right to re-manufacture the product or deliver a product free from defects in the case of significant defects, if the number of repairs made to a given product exceeds the specified number of repairs of the same complained element, after which the complained defect still occurs. Mash Living reserves the right to choose the method of warranty proceedings.
  4. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to the products occurring after the products are handed over to the Customer and differences in the color and structure of the veneer as a consequence of its natural origin. These factors cannot be the basis for filing a complaint.
