Delivery costs

  • The Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
  • Delivery of items weighing up to 20 kg is carried out via DHL24 or INPOST.
  • DHL Pallet delivery does not include carrying the shipment. The order is delivered on a pallet to the door of the house or the entrance to a multi-family building.
  • The delivery cost of each product is shown on the product card.
  • The delivery cost for orders placed in company stores is calculated by the Customer Service Department. All orders are processed with delivery and company transport Mash Living.
  • "FREE DELIVERY for orders over PLN 300" promotion:
    • the promotion is valid only in Poland for orders over PLN 300 placed via the website www.Mash Living.pl
    • the promotion is valid for orders with a total weight not exceeding 40 kg
    • In the case of transport of bulky products, the free transport service does not include delivery and assembly. Shipping is carried out via a forwarding company to the door of the house or the entrance to the building.
    • the promotion does not apply to products on sale or covered by a discount campaign
