The lamp is available in 3 colors; aluminum arm, black arm and white arm. The lamp is powered by a halogen bulb. For an additional fee, you can order a lamp with an LED light source.
The set includes base wheels for convenient movement of the lamp.
Michele de Lucchi is one of the most valued Italian architects known for combining craft sensitivity with modern design. A member of the avant -garde groups Studio Alchimia and Memphis, opposing modernist Emu functionalism. He collaborated with such brands as Artemide, Alessi, Hermès, Kartell, Olivetti and Vitra. His most famous project is the Tolomeo lamp (1987, with Giancarlo Fassina), an icon of world design. He also created office architecture, exhibitions and pavilions, including for Enel, Deutsche Bank and Piaggio. His works are in the MOMA, Center Pompidou and Di Milano triennale collections.
