The Buddy floor lamp has a multi-directional shade that is able to direct the light where it is needed. Like the wall version, the floor lamp has a dimmer, which makes it easier to create a romantic atmosphere when it gets dark.

MADS Sætter-Lessen is a Danish designer who, together with Emil Krøyer, founded in 2016 a design studio Krøyer-Suitter-Lessen in Copenhagen. Their Pode Jat for design combines Scandinavian simplicity with functionality, creating objects that are both aesthetic and practical. Sætter-Lessen completed the prestigious Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and Pratt Institute in New York. His interdisciplinary education allows him to combine elements of interior design with furniture craft, metaloplasty and ergonomics. As a supporter of democratic design, he focuses on simplicity and functionality, preferring to show the beauty of materials instead of unnecessary ornaments.
