Bestlite is part of the Danish brand design group Gubi. The lamp was designed by Robert Dudley Best and celebrates elegant, clean lines with a clear reference to the Bauhaus period. Focusing on a straight lampshade, characteristic of the entire collection, the BL9 hanging lamp ensures targeted light perfectly by fitting e.g. to the kitchen or dining room.

The design of the Bestlite lamp was first used in the engineering workshops of the Royal Air Force.
