Semi Hanging Lamp 30 Cm Chrome Steel Gubi

Semi is a modern hanging lamp based on two quarter -olds connected to each other. The characteristic, enamel -shaped lampshade creates a distributed cone -shaped light that makes such a looking binding great, e.g. Above the table in the dining room or kitchen countertop. What's more, the lightness of the form, timeless design and a wide range of colors and sizes also make it a very original setting for commercial interiors.

Bonderup & Thorup

Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup are Danish designers who started cooperation in 1969. Their best known work is the Semi lamp, designed in 1968, which won the first prize in the academic competition. The lamp has become an icon of the Danish design of the 1980s. Their works are characterized by geometric minimalism and classic simplicity, and in their career they cooperated with such brands as Gubi, Georg Jensen and designed, among others Arktikum Museum in Finland. Bonderup and Thorup have won numerous awards, including the German Die Gute Industrofform and Nordic Design Prize. After 1992, they continued working individually, remaining important characters in the field of design and architecture.
