Coordinates Wall 1 is a modern wall lamp designed by Michael Anastassiades for the Italian brand Flos. Its geometric form and precise workmanship make it an ideal choice for contemporary residential and commercial spaces. The lamp profile with a rectangular cross-section is made of aluminum, and the diffuser is made of optical platinum silicone ensuring even light dispersion.

Optical platinum silicone is a special type of silicone (i.e. flexible, translucent material) that has been hardened using a platinum catalyst, which gives it exceptional durability, resistance to UV, temperature and aging. It is intended for optical applications, i.e. where the quality of transmitted light is very important - e.g. in LED diffusers.
Michael Anastasiasts is a Cypriot designer living in London, recognized as one of the most important creators of modern design. He studied land engineering at Imperial College London, and then industrial design at the Royal College of Art. In 1994, he founded his own studio, and its projects include lighting, furniture and everyday objects. Anastasiasias is known for minimalist aesthetics, in which simple geometric forms, noble materials and a masterful play of light are crucial. He works with many prestigious brands, including Flos, B&B Italia, Herman Miller, Cassina or Bang & Olufsen. His works are in the collections of museums around the world, including Maw in New York and Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
