Francesca Lanzavecchia

Francesca Lanzavecchia is an Italian designer born in 1983, a graduate of the Milan University of Technology and Design Academy Eindhoven. In 2010, she founded the Lanzavecchia + WAI studio with Hunn Waem. Her work combines industrial design, craft and social reflection. Lanzavecchia designs are deeply humanistic, often relate to the relationship between man and the object. She collaborated with brands such as Zanotta, fiam, Living Divani or Hermès, as well as with cultural institutions, such as Triennial Di Milano. Her works were exhibited and awarded all over the world, including Red Dot Award or Elle Décor International Design Award. It is considered one of the most influential designers of the young generation.
