Thijs Smeets is a Dutch designer and engineer who founded the SMEETS studio in Amsterdam in 2007. His works include a wide range - from furniture, through consumer electronics, to interior design and wellness products. Smeets has collaborated with many reputable brands, such as Unilever, Nokia, Leolux and Gispen. His projects were presented at exhibitions from Seoul to New York, and many of them went to permanent museum collections, including Steedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.
