Leon Ransmeier is an American industrial designer, born in 1979 in New York. He is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and the founder of the Ransmeier Inc. in 2010. Known for functional, minimalist projects, he focuses on the relationship between form and use, adhering to the principle of "use follows forms". In his work, it is important to prototyping and physical testing of ideas. He collaborated with reputable brands such as HAY, Herman Miller, Mattiazzi and Droog.
