Axel Bjurstrom

Axel Bjurström is a Swedish designer and architect who graduated from Konstfack in Stockholm in 2007. He runs his own studio, specializing in furniture, lighting and interior design, combining functionality with the aesthetics of Scandinavian design. His works are characterized by simple lines, high quality of workmanship and attention to detail. He won the "Young Talent" award of Elle Decoration magazine and the title "Chair of the Year".
