Knot Hanging Lamp, Smoky Sphere Gray Brokis

series of lamps wick brand Brokis is a combination of a modern design line and a universal form. The lamps were made by hand with attention to the smallest detail. Lamps are characterized primarily by glass, oval shades kept on ropes passing through their center.

The Knot collection has four hanging lamps; Present sphere, disco, UOVO and cylinder. Each of the listed is found in several colors of both the lampshade and the metal frame.

Alfredo Chiaramonte and Marco Marin are an Italian duo of designers whose work combines modern aesthetics with the tradition of Italian design. Chiaramonte studied architecture in Venice, and Marin graphics and industrial design. Since the 1990s, they have been cooperating by creating projects for reputable brands, such as Vistosi, Calligaris, Brokis or Emu. Their works include furniture, lighting and everyday objects, and they are characterized by lightness of form, functionality and sense of proportion. They are known for designs of glass lamps with a delicate, sculptural form appreciated at the design fair around the world. Awarded many times for originality and quality of workmanship, Chiaramonte and Marin remain faithful to the principle that good design is a harmony between utility and emotional impact.
