Erik Magnussen was a Danish industrial designer known for its functional and minimalist forms. He studied ceramics at the school of plays used in Copenhagen. He worked for brands such as Bing & Grøndahl, Fritz Hansen, Georg Jensen and Stelton. His most famous work is the EM77 thermal jug for Stelton from 1977, which became an icon of Scandinavian design.
