Emma thermos is a background for brewing traditional filtered coffee. The modern jug was designed by Holmbäcknordenoft, which combined a varnished steel jug with a Scandinavian beech wood handle. The insulating, steel insole keeps hot coffee for many hours and holds 1.2 liters of coffee. Thanks to the practical lid with an easy -to -use latch, the EMMA vacuum jug can be easily operated with one hand.
Holmbäcknordoft is a Danish design studio founded in 2008 by Sebastian Holmbäck and Ulrik Nordentoft. Designers met during their studies in the Danish Design School, and after a decade of individual professional work they joined forces, creating a joint studio. Their philosophy is based on aesthetics and functionality, with an emphasis on sustainable development. They specialize in interior design, furniture, lighting and utility products. They collaborated with reputable brands such as Stelton, Georg Jensen and Normann Copenhagen. Their most famous projects include a series of Pure Black knives for Stelton, the awarded Formland Design Award in 2011 and the Emma collection, including kettles, toasters and jugs, combining classic form with modern functionality.
