Daystak Table Rd2 Beech Andtradition

Designed in 1951, the Dahistk table is a great example of meticulous attention to the details of the designer Robin Day and the celebration of the materials used. By presenting the same characteristic A-shaped legs, the Daystak table and chairs create a unique MID-CENTURA-style set. Robin Day

Robin Day was one of the most important British furniture designers of the 20th century. He became famous for the creation of functional, modern forms of democratic character, available to a wide audience. Working with Hille, he created iconic projects, including Hillestak chair and furniture for the Royal Festival Hall in London. In 2024, Danish Mark & ​​Tradition restored to the production of selected Daya projects, creating Days and RFH collections, showing the timelessness of his design. Daya aesthetics combined innovative technologies, such as bent plywood, with a simple, logical construction. His works remain icons of modernism, and thanks to cooperation with & tradition they go to the new generation of users.
