The Mater family of wooden stools has been designed to meet the high requirements of architects and interior designers, but also to delight strictly individual tastes. In short, the furniture will work great in both private and commercial interiors. The frame of the presented stool is made of solid, water-stained oak wood, additionally FSC certified, which means that it was obtained with respect for the natural environment. Together with the most recognized supplier of natural leather in Denmark, the Sorensen Leather brand, Mater Design designers finished the seat with leather upholstery in classic black.
Space Copenhagen is a Danish studio founded by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, specializing in the design of interiors, furniture and objects. His Podeapproach combines modern minimalism with respect for tradition and craftsmanship. The studio has gained international recognition thanks to designs for renowned brands such as &Tradition, Fredericia and Gubi. Space Copenhagen's designs are characterized by subtle elegance, attention to detail and the use of natural materials. They create spaces that combine functionality with aesthetics, and their works often balance between modernity and classic design.
