A modern lamp from the Louis Poulsen brand, part of the iconic VL Studio series, designed to harmoniously combine functionality and timeless design. The original design dates back to the 1940s and refers to the lamps used in the Danish Radio Station. Thanks to its minimalistic appearance and high-quality materials, the lamp is perfect for both residential and commercial spaces.
The lampshade is made of three-layer opal glass (glossy on the outside, matte on the inside), which provides soft, eye-pleasant light, while the base is made of brass steel (the glass can be unscrewed to change the light source).
The Vl Studio lamp model with a diameter of 32 cm can be successfully used both as a table and a floor lamp (ampa can be used as alow-profile floor lamp. It can be placed directly on the floor, e.g. next to an armchair in the living room, against a wall as accent lighting or in the corner of a room, creating a cozy atmosphere).
Vilhelm Lauritzen was one of the most outstanding Danish architects of the 20th century, who played a key role in shaping modernist architecture in Denmark. His works were characterized by minimalism, functionality and elegance, combining modern solutions with classic Danish aesthetics. Lauritzen was known for the projects of public buildings, including important projects such as the headquarters of the Danish radio or Copenhagen Airport. As an architect, he sought to create spaces that favor everyday life Emu, while putting great emphasis on the quality of details and materials used. His works had a great impact on the development of contemporary architecture and design, and his design philosophy still inspires contemporary artists.
