Giulio Iacchetti

Iulio Iacchetti is an Italian industrial designer born in 1966. In his career he collaborated with such brands as Alessi, Artemide, Fontana Arte or magis. His innovative projects have gained international recognition, including the Compasso d’Oro award for the biodegradable set of "Moscardino" cutlery, which is in the MOMA collection. Iacchetti also received Premio Dei Premia for the Coop Eureka project and another Compasso d’Oro for the covers of the "Sfera" wells. He founded the internoitaliano brand promoting traditional production techniques. His works combine functionality, simplicity and respect for the Italian craft tradition, as well as innovation in modern design.
