Product characteristics;
Michele de Lucchi is one of the most valued Italian architects known for combining craft sensitivity with modern design. A member of the avant -garde groups Studio Alchimia and Memphis, opposing modernist Emu functionalism. He collaborated with such brands as Artemide, Alessi, Hermès, Kartell, Olivetti and Vitra. His most famous project is the Tolomeo lamp (1987, with Giancarlo Fassina), an icon of world design.
