Imagine that the shell of this unique chair is made from recycled PET bottles that have been saved from landfills in China. China is struggling with huge amounts of single-use plastic waste. Each chair contains 60 to 100 PET bottles. This designer chair and frame are 100% recyclable and renewable.

The Thirsty chair was created in cooperation withAPE Studiofrom Amsterdam and is the first act of a sustainable mission Zuiver; an initiative to minimize environmental and social impact by exploring alternative materials and production methods...
