Mayday Table Lamp Orange Flos

Mayday is a functional lamp designed by Konstantin Grcica for the Italian brand FLOS. Its unique design allows for various applications: can be used as a table lamp, floor lamp, as well as suspended on the ceiling or wall. This modern lamp is made of iridescent polypropylene, which ensures durability and lightness of the structure. The handle serves as a hock for hanging and as a place to wrap the cable, which makes it easier to store and adjust the length of the cable.

Mayday lamp also appears in a garden version. It is available in different colors, such as orange, black or purple, which allows it to be adapted to individual preferences and interior style.

Konstantin Grcic

Konstantin Grcic is one of the greatest contemporary German designers, known for its innovative Pode to form and functions. He was born in 1965 in Munich, and gained education at the Royal College of Art in London. In 1991 he founded his studio KGID - Konstantin Grcic Industrial Design. It creates furniture, lighting and utility products for brands such as Flos, Magis, Vitra, Muja and Classicon. His designs, such as the Chair_ONE chair or Mayday lamp, are known for industrial aesthetics and intellectual depth. Grcic combines technological precision with raw beauty, and his works are presented in design museums around the world, including Moma and Center Pompidou.
