Bellhop is a minimalist wall lamp designed by the Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby duo for the renowned Italian brand Flos. The lamp is an extension of the Bellhop collection, known for its modern approach to lighting inspired by hotel lamps. The body is made of painted aluminum and the lampshade is made of polycarbonate, which provides pleasantly diffused, non-glaring light.
The lamp is equipped with an integrated LED source, which ensures energy efficiency and long life. The fixture is available in several colors and finishes. Installation is possible directly on the wall, often used in corridors, living rooms, bedrooms and commercial spaces.
Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby is a British duo of designers, known for the multidisciplinary Pode ście covering furniture, lighting, utility products and architecture. Royal College of Art in London, in 1996, they founded a joint Barber & Osgerby studio. Their designs combine functionality with simplicity and timeless form, often exploring new technologies and materials. They worked for brands such as Vitra, Knoll, B&B Italia, Flos or Magis, and created projects for public institutions - including The London 2012 Olympic torch. Their works are in the Victoria and Albert Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art and Design Museum in London.
