Boesen used natural materials like wood and rattan to create furniture combining aesthetics with comfort. His works were presented at exhibitions, gaining recognition for innovative Pode to design. Although for some time he remained in the shadow of the more famous contemporary, his projects are experiencing a renaissance thanks to contemporary reissues, emphasizing the timelessness of his vision.
