The Latch coffee table is a reinterpretation of the original, consisting of three separate table tops combined into one unified design. The idea behind the series was to combine sculptural, organic and experimental elements. The table top is made of FSC-certified solid wood, while the legs are deliberately manufactured in different thicknesses to give the table an even more unique look.
The table is available in three wood finishes: bleached oak, oiled oak and smoked oak.
Design: Dazingfeelsgood
Dazingfeelsgood is an interdisciplinary design studio from Singapore founded in 2015 by Kiat NG and Karen Chiam. Their works combine functionality with emotional impact, focusing on minimalism, logic and form reduction. The studio has gained recognition thanks to the latch table design for the Danish brand Bolia, which won the 3rd place in Bolia design Awards 2017. Other notable projects are a table of Table awarded with silver a'design Award, and a stack - a modular district of space inspired by the golden division. Dazingfeelsgood derives inspiration from brutalism and natural materials, creating furniture with raw aesthetics, which are both functional and aesthetic. Their works were presented at international exhibitions such as Designart Tokyo and Maison & Objet in Paris and published in industry media such as Tatler Asia and Le Monde.
