Granny is a modern version of the classic candlestick. This Scandinavian accessory has been designed with modern innovations that definitely increase its attractiveness. The edges of the base rise up to stop the melted wax before it flows to the surrounding surface. The handle is made with a retractable, brass knob, which makes it easier to remove wax residues and place a new candle in the middle.
Granny candlestick is available in 2 sizes; H; 11.5 cm and H; 16 cm as well as 3 colors; black, white and brass.
Rudi Wulff is a Norwegian designer and creative director of the brand Northern, living in Oslo. He graduated from Oslo School of Architecture and Design, and in 2010 he founded his own Wulff studio specializing in product and graphics design. His works are characterized by Scandinavian functionality, clean lines and an elegant finish. Wulff designed, among others Lighting, consumer electronics as well as home furniture and accessories. One of his most famous projects is the modular Hifive storage system for Northern, inspired by his experience as a DJ and a vinyl collector. This system combines functionality with aesthetics, offering various configurations for storing audio equipment and other items.
