Product description

Floor lamp from the Bianca collection of the Italian brand Fontana Arte. The timeless form of the ball against the background of a slim, metal structure. Decoration on the surface of the diffuser consisting of an orderly series of delicate grooves etching in a hand -inflatable glass. The Bianca series is available in the following versions: table, floor and model mounted on the wall and ceiling. The matte, white coating used on various metal brackets evokes the name and color of the diffuser.

The lamp emits a distributed, enveloping light emission, which can be adjusted with the help of a slider switch. Transparent power cable, dimmer and plugin. European bipolar plug. The bulb is not included.

Matti Klenell

Matti Klenell is a Swedish designer known for its unique Pode ście to form, functions and craftsmanship. He graduated from Konstfack in Stockholm, and in 2000 he founded his own studio. Designs glass, furniture and lighting for brands such as iittala, fontanaarte, Moooi, Kosta Boda or Offecct. His style combines functionality with expressive aesthetics and inspiration of applied art. It is known, among others from the Nappula collection and Bianca lamps. Kosnell examines the relationship between handicrafts and industrial production, looking for harmony between the artistic expression and everyday use. His works went to the most important design museums in Scandinavia. Winner of numerous awards, including Red and Edida.
