Blom is a small table lamp designed by Andreas Engesvik, a Norwegian designer who has gained fame on the international scene for his ability to instill emotion, charm and ideas into everyday objects. Light with a slightly funny form that can be freely placed, e.g. on a bedside table, chest of drawers or console. The light intensity can be adjusted thanks to two petals that gently hug the diffuser.
The fluorescent bulb guarantees good, effective lighting with low energy consumption. The metal base ensures the stability of the lamp, and when lit, the polycarbonate petals maintain a natural temperature that allows you to touch without the risk of burns.
Andreas Engesvik is a Norwegian designer recognized as one of the leading representatives of modern Scandinavian design. He studied art history in Bergen, and then design at the National College of Art and Design in Oslo.
