AX is a modern chair created as a result of an innovative 3D plywood shaping process. Specialized structural engineering ensures unrivaled ergonomics, thanks to which the project has gained a reputation as one of the most comfortable wooden chairs in its category.

The AX chair is available in lacquered oak and walnut or dark stained oak and walnut.
Hvidt & Mølgaard is a Danish duo of designers; Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen, active mainly in the 1940s-70s. 20th century. The studio became famous for the combination of traditional craftsmanship with modern design, being one of the pioneers of Danish modernism. Their designs such as AX Chair, Boomerang Chair or Tripod lamps were distinguished by the lightness of the form, functionality and innovative Pode for materials, especially bent plywood. They collaborated with brands like Fritz Hansen} & tradition, and their works are today design icons and are in collections, among others Moma.
