Hanne Willmann is a German industrial designer running her own design studio in Berlin. He specializes in designing furniture, lighting and accessories combining functionality with minimalist aesthetics. Her style is characterized by precision, economical form and attention to detail. She gained experience in Berlin, Barcelona and Istanbul, working, among others for the Autoban and Werner Aisslinger studio. In 2015, she founded her own studio, and in 2017 she became a lecturer at the University of Fine Arts in Berlin. She collaborated with reputable brands such as Freifrau, Schönbuch, Potocco and Woud. Her projects such as the Nana collection for Freifrau or Fungi lamp for Favius have gained recognition at the international design fair. Willmann was awarded, among others German Design Award in 2017.
