Amanta from HAY is an elegant, single armchair with an organic, low silhouette, which combines the Italian classic of the 1960s with modernity and an ecological Pode approach to design. Designed by Mario Bellini in 1966, now refreshed for durability - with a shell made of at least 99% recycled ABS, cushions made of 94% biomass foam, and all components removable. The armchair is available in many variants - different shell, fabric and leather colors, one-, two-, three- and four-person options thanks to modular sections. Amanta brings harmony, comfort and refined form to the interior - perfect for a living room, public spaces or relaxation room, where design becomes part of everyday life.
Mario Bellini is one of the greatest Italian designers and architects of the 20th and 21st century, whose work combines innovation, elegance and functionality. Born in Milan in 1935, he gained international recognition as the author of furniture, industrial products, as well as spectacular architect designs Ton. His cooperation with design icons such as Cassina, B&B Italia, HAY or Vitra, resulted in the creation of timeless furniture, which is still synonymous with Italian design.
