The HAY AAC 213 chair is a harmonious combination of Nordic minimalism with exceptional comfort of use. The design by Hee Welling combines the elegance of a wooden base with a soft, upholstered seat made of recycled plastic. The deep, contoured shell with integrated armrests supports the body and allows you to slide the chair under the table. Bolgheri LGG60 upholstery adds class and sophistication. The black, lacquered solid oak base ensures stability and character. The perfect, modern chair for the dining room, office or commercial space.

Design

Hee Welling

Hee Welling is a Danish furniture designer, known for creating functional, aesthetic and timeless forms that combine Scandinavian minimalism with innovative production technology. The artist graduated from Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and in 2003 founded his own design studio in Copenhagen. His Pode Jat design is based on the "form follows function", which can be seen in such projects as the series of chairs "About a chair" for the brand HAY. He also cooperates with & tradition, designing furniture that maintains a balance between modernity and the classic spirit of Nordic craftsmanship. Welling's projects enjoy international recognition for the clarity of form, ergonomics and durability, and his works are present in homes, offices and public spaces around the world.
