Wire is a modern table lamp defined by a frame made of chrome-plated steel wire that widens at the top to support a white, hemispherical plastic shade. The bulb is housed in a small, also hemispherical metal reflector, which directs the light into the lampshade. The wire base gives the design a decorative yet very light look, and the white lampshade provides plenty of light in the surroundings.
