Trottola is a new collection of hanging and table lamps from the Brokis brand, the shape of which brings back memories of a popular childhood toy; the iconic spinning top. The aesthetics of this spectacular design are based on the enchanting luminance that passes through the opal diffuser revealing the contrast of shadows and light. The brightness and temperature of the light can be adjusted with a simple turn of the elegant dimmer.
Trottola offers two sizes of pendant and table lamps made of hand-blown opal glass. The tabletop variant is equipped with an innovative Brokis connector that makes it easier to disconnect and move the lamp.
Federico Peri is an Italian interior and furniture designer, known for combining classics and modernity. Born in 1983, he studied interior design in Milan, and experience gained, among others during a residence in Paris. In 2011, he founded his own studio, specializing in furniture and private and commercial interior designs. His style is characterized by precious materials, simplicity of form and attention to detail. He works with brands such as Baxter, Fontanaarte and Nilufar Gallery. Winner of many awards, including Elle Deco International Design Awards. His designs are characterized by elegance, functionality and strong connection with the craft tradition.
