Tottori Table 180 Cm Red Driade

Tottori is a project of the Ukrainian designer Kateryna Sokolova, created for the Italian brand Driade. The name of the collection refers to the Japanese animated film "My neighbor Totoro" directed by HAY Ao Miyazaki, which is reflected in friendly and soft shapes of furniture, introducing a cozy mood inside. The Tottori table is characterized by a soft, rounded form of the countertop made of varnished MDF as well as solid, rolled legs made of solid wood.

Thanks to timeless Emu Design, the Tottori table will work great in both modern and more classic spaces; in the living room, dining room or even office space.

The table is available in 2 sizes; 180x106 cm and 220x106 cm as well as 3 colors; black, red and white.

Kateryna Sokolova

Kateryna Sokolova is a Ukrainian industrial designer, born in 1984 in Kharkov. She is a co -founder and creative director of the Noom brand and the Sokolova Design studio, specializing in furniture design, lighting and accessories. A graduate of Kharkiv State Academy of Art and Design and scholarship holder of the German university Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle. He works with reputable brands, such as Bolia, for which she created, among others A collection of Leave lamps and a series of COSH armchairs. Her projects combine minimalism, functionality and emotionality, and are often inspired by Ukraine's culture and travel. Sokolova won numerous awards including Red Dot Design Award and German Design Award. Her works were presented at international exhibitions and are valued for a harmonious combination of aesthetics with practicality.
