Toio Led Floor Lamp Black Flos

Toio is a iconic floor lamp designed in 1962 by the famous Italian designers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for the FLOS brand. It is an example of a minimalist, industrial design that combines harsh elegance with functionality. This unique lamp was inspired by car headlights. Its raw, industrial character is emphasized by a visible transformer and a high, adjustable design.

The lamp has a dimmer that allows you to adjust the light intensity. The lamp is powered by a LED bulb (PAR 56 headlight) with 23W, 2200 LM (included).

Achille Castiglioni

Achille Castiglioni (1918–2002) was one of the greatest Italian designers of the 20th century, known for combining functionality with humor and innovation. He studied architecture in Milan and worked with his brothers for years, creating iconic projects for brands such as FLOS (Arco, Taccia, Toio), Zanotta (Mezzadro, Cumano) or Alessi (Dry). He was famous for the ability to transform everyday objects into the highest test design. His works are characterized by minimalism, ingenuity and a timeless form. Winner of many awards, including Nine Compasso d’Oro. His works are in museum collections around the world, including MoMA.
