Pierre Favresse

Pierre Favresse is a French designer born in 1979 in Saint-Nazaire. He began his education in the prestigious École Boulle, where he studied artistic carpentry, and then continued his education at École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoraratifs in Paris, specializing in design. After graduation, he worked with Mathieu Lehanneur for five years, acting as the director of the studio before he founded his own design studio in 2010. His works are characterized by simplicity and balance, combining craftsmanship with modern technology. Favresse focuses on social and environmental issues, such as the use of new materials, reduction of production costs and the use of ecological production methods. He collaborated with reputable brands, such as Cinna, Petite Friture, Specimen Edition and La Chance.
