Javier Moreno is a Spanish industrial designer, founder and creative director of the Bambústudio studio at Alcoy, Alicante. He graduated from EASD Alcoi in 2005, and began his career as a 3D designer at a toy factory. Then he worked as a product designer and manager in various companies, also implementing freelance projects. In 2010, he founded his own studio, cooperating with brands such as Normann Copenhagen, Softline, Miniso, PineApple Contracts, Oiside, PorVentura and Wewood. Moreno has gained recognition thanks to projects combining functionality with aesthetics. His design philosophy is based on the creation of understandable, useful and memorable products, achieving the best results through the simplicity and closeness of the user. Among his awarded projects is the Flip Mirror mirror for Normann Copenhagen, which received the "Best of Year Design Awards" in 2013. In 2019, he won the Silver ADCV award for the project of a vessel brush with a soap dispenser.
