Sergio Asti was one of the leading representatives of the Italian post -war design. The architect, industrial designer and co -founder of Associazione per il disegno Industria (ADI) played a key role in shaping modern utility design. His designs were characterized by minimalism, functionality and innovative Pode Jests were often ahead of their times. He collaborated with brands such as Martinelli Luce, Artemide or Brionvega. His most recognizable works include Visiere lamp, Marco vase and S62 phone. Asti created objects that combined the technique and poetics of form, often balancing on the border of craft and industry. His works are in museum collections, including in Moma in New York.
