Product description

Multi-Lite floor lamp brings life and character to any interior thanks to timeless elegance, characteristic Emu style and exceptional multi-functionality. The metal ring surrounds two parts of the moving lampshade, the setting of which allows you to change the appearance of the lamp, and also direct light up, down or in asymmetrical directions.

Louis Weisdorf

Louis Weisdorf

Louis Weisdorf is a Danish designer and architect known for innovative lamps from the 1960s and 70s. He graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, and his career included graphic, industrial and interior design. He collaborated with Tivoli Gardens and designers such as Verner Pan Ton and poul Henningsen. His best-known projects are concylies, guy, turbo and multi-life lamps. Weisdorf was a pioneer in creating lamps from modular elements, which enabled various configurations and controlling the direction of light. His works produced by Lyfa have become icons of Danish design. Currently, Weisdorf lamps are in the brand's offer Gubi. The designer remains one of the most valued artists in the history of Danish design.
