Cecilie Manz is one of the most valued contemporary Scandinavian designers. Born in Denmark in 1972, has been creating minimalist and functional furniture, lighting, ceramics and glass designs for years. Her works combine the simplicity of form with attention to detail and high quality. In 1998, she founded her own studio in Copenhagen, where she develops both industrial projects and unique, experimental facilities. He works with such brands as Fritz Hansen, Muuto, Bang & Olufsen, Iittal and Duravit. Her projects have gained international recognition and are presented in museums around the world, including in Moma in New York. MANZ is a laureate of many prestigious awards and decorations, including the title of designer of the year Maison & Objet (2018) and the French Order of Art and Literature.
