Boris Klimek

Boris Klimek is a valued Czech designer of industrial design, known for combining functionality with a poetic form. He graduated from the Department of Industrial Design at the Artistic University of Prague. His works are often inspired by nature, emotions and childhood memories, which gives them a unique, lyrical character. Klimek designs furniture, lighting and everyday items by working with reputable brands, including Brokis or lasvit. His most recognizable projects include "Memory" lamps, reminiscent of balloons floating from the ceiling. Klimek won many prestigious awards, including the Czech Grand Design.
