The Auping Two mattress uses 16 cm Dynamic Pocket Springsarranged in7 comfort zonesthat adapt to the natural curves of the body. Each spring works independently, providing stable support and freedom to change position while sleeping.

Two layers ofVent-tex® They are responsible for high comfort and effective ventilation. The open structure of the mattress facilitates the removal of heat and moisture, thanks to which the sleeping surface remains fresh all night long.

MattressAuping TwoIt is available in widths from 70 to 200 cm and lengths of 190, 200, 210 and 220 cm. Thanks to czEmu it can be adapted to both single beds and large double models.

Auping Two is made of 100% recyclable materials. Thanks to Niaga® technology, individual elements can be easily separated and reused, which is one of the foundations of the sustainable design of the Auping brand.

1. What are the available delivery methods and their costs?
We offer delivery by courier, company transport or personal collection. Free delivery applies to orders over PLN 300.

2. How do I check the status of my order and track my shipment?
You can check the status by logging in to your account or entering your order number and email address.

3. Why hasn't my order arrived yet (no confirmation email)?
Check your Spam folder. If the message is not there, please contact our service department.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

Returns and complaints

1. How can I return a product?
You have 30 days to return purchased products. Details can be found in our regulations.

2. Are returns free of charge?
Yes - if returned on time and in intact condition.

3. How to file a complaint for a damaged product?
Send a description of the problemEmu and photos to our e-mail address. Thanks to tEmu the process will be faster.

1. Are the products available immediately or made to order?
Some products are available immediately, and some - e.g. modular sofas - are manufactured to individual order.

2. Can I check if the product will fit in my home?
Yes – give us the dimensions of the doors, corridors or elevator. We will help you assess your ability to contribute.

3. Can I order a product in a different color or fabric?
Many products are available in different variants. Check the product card or ask us for details.

Log in and go to your account settings. You can update all your data there.

1. Where are the stationary showrooms?
You will find our showrooms in Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków and Gdańsk.

2. Can I pick up my order at the showroom?
Yes - we offer personal pickup after confirming the availability of the goods.

Payments and invoices

1. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments by credit card, quick transfer, BLIK, cash on delivery and traditional bank transfer.

2. How do I receive or change an invoice for an order?
The invoice is sent together with the order confirmation. In case of changes, please contact the service department.
