Louise Campbell

Louise Campbell is a valued Danish furniture and lighting designer, known for its experimental Pode ście to form and materials. Her works combine Scandinavian rationalism with poetic lightness, often introducing subtle changes in everyday objects and production processes. After graduating from London College of Furniture in 1992, she continued her education at the Danish Design School, which she graduated in 1995. A year later she founded her own design studio in Copenhagen. She cooperated with reputable brands such as Louis Poulsen, HAY, Muuto, Royal Copenhagen and Georg Jensen. Her most famous projects include the Collage and Prince Chair lamp, which was included in the MOMA collection. In 2004 she received the prestigious Finn Juhl Prize award. Campbell is considered one of the most important figures of contemporary Danish design, combining tradition with modernity.
