Harmonious interplay between two concentric circles; reflector and lampshade creates a refined, graphic silhouette that immediately catches the eye.

Falke Svatun is a Norwegian designer whose works combine the precision of craftsmanship with the poetic simplicity of forms. He graduated in industrial design in Sydney, and after several years of working in Copenhagen, he founded his own practice in Oslo. His creative process combines traditional paper sketches with digital experiments, and each design undergoes a stage of careful maturation to stand the test of time. Svatun often explores the tension between function and abstraction, drawing inspiration from everyday objects and forgotten details of the past.
