The raised top makes the table a perfect fit for the kitchen, dining room and restaurant, creating a comfortable place for meetings and spending time together. In Between SK25 is proof that Scandinavian design can be functional, aesthetic and resistant to the passage of time at the same time.
For the table, we recommend chairs from the Betty collection TK12 and TK13.
Sami Kallio is a Finnish-Swedish designer and craftsman, whose work combines Scandinavian minimalism with deep respect for traditional craftsmanship. He was born in Helsinki, but grew up in Gothenburg, where he also runs his studio. Kallio specializes in furniture design, especially chairs, using classic carpentry techniques, such as wood turning or hot forming. His work is characterized by the purity of the form, functionality and precise performance. It is known, among others from the "In Between" collection for & tradition, which combines modernity with the Nordic heritage. He also designed for Marek Hans K, Northern or nikari. Kallio believes that a good design should be available, durable and honest with materials.
