Chris Liljenberg Halstrøm is a Danish-Swedish furniture designer and textile artist, known for minimalist forms inspired by everyday life and nature. She graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, and previously studied in Stockholm and Berlin. In 2007, she founded her own studio, designing for brands such as Skagerak, Fritz Hansen and design within reach. Her works like the Georg series for Skagerak combine functionality with subtle aesthetics, using natural materials such as wood, wool and leather. Since 2019, he has focused on textile art, creating embroidery presented, among others at Francis Gallery, Great Britain and the USA.
