Coque is a mirror full of rich contrasts. The mirror surface is protected by a ceramic frame in which 2 opposite niches coexist; shiny and matte. The inner surface is enameled and shiny, while the outer surface is textured. Ultimately, the mirror is transformed into a valuable object that highlights the beauty of the materials used.

Alain? Gilles is a Belgian designer who started his career in international finances, but after 5 years he turned to the design of industrials Emu. In 2007 he founded his own studio, combining products, furniture, artistic management and set design. His works are characterized by architect Ton ore imagination, elegance and innovative aesthetics, which resulted in numerous awards: Designer of the Year, Red Dot Best of the Best, Henry van de Velde, Good Design Award. He cooperates, among others with brands: Miniforms, Bonaldo, Buzzispace, Ligne? Roset, Casamania, O'Sun, La Chance, Verreum. Projects such as Big Table, Barry Table, Solar Nomad lamp or contract furniture have gained recognition for innovation, aesthetics and durability.
