Tripod table lamp made of lacquered steel with brass details. The fixture strikes a delicate balance between the stark simplicity of its design and the delicacy of form given by the curved edges of the base. The lampshade is made of one piece of aluminum and the base is made of bent steel pipes welded together. The lamp is varnished with a satin-matt finish.
Hvidt & Mølgaard is a Danish duo of designers; Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen, active mainly in the 1940s-70s. 20th century.
